These Website Terms apply to the SKUPilot website operated by Onamax Corp. (“SKUPilot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This website is intended for business and informational use.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts the service, or use its content to misrepresent SKUPilot or its offerings.

This site describes SKUPilot's intended capabilities and Founding Partner program. Product screens, analyses, financial figures, recommendations, and opportunity reports identified as illustrative or mock are examples only. They are not customer results, guarantees of savings, financial advice, or instructions to place or change an order.

We aim to keep the website accurate, but features, availability, program capacity, and other details may be clarified or updated before an agreement is signed.

Booking a call, expressing interest, or being evaluated does not create a customer, partner, advisory, fiduciary, or other commercial relationship. Participation is subject to company and data suitability, mutual agreement, program availability, and a separate written agreement.

Any scope, pricing, usage allowance, data access, security responsibilities, deliverables, payment terms, and continuation rights that apply to a selected company will be confirmed in that written agreement.

These Website Terms do not govern a paid engagement or use of the SKUPilot platform. If your company enters into a written agreement with Onamax Corp., that agreement controls in the event of any conflict with these Website Terms.

This marketing website does not connect to your ERP, accept operational data, place purchase orders, or modify business records. Any future connection to SKUPilot is separately scoped and authorized.

The SKUPilot name, logos, website design, copy, graphics, software demonstrations, and other site content are owned by Onamax Corp. or used with permission. Except as allowed by law, you may not copy, publish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from that content without prior written permission.

Acumatica is a trademark of Acumatica, Inc. References to Acumatica describe SKUPilot's interoperability capabilities and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

This site links to services operated by others, including Google Calendar. SKUPilot does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

To the extent permitted by law, this website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Onamax Corp. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising solely from use of this website or reliance on its illustrative content.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Onamax Corp. handles personal information associated with this website and meeting bookings.

We may update these Website Terms as the website and program change. Updated Website Terms become effective on the date shown at the top of this page.
