SKUPilot grew out of firsthand experience with the planning problems faced by inventory-heavy distributors: long supplier lead times, uncertain demand, multiple warehouses, and purchasing decisions that still depend heavily on spreadsheets and manual analysis.
We combined that operating experience with applied forecasting and AI expertise to build a system designed around those decisions.
